this is probably the best vitamins ive ever had. The raspberry tastes great. I chose that after reading other reviews that said other flavors weren't as good.They give me energy so I make sure to take them early enough so I'm not up late.I feel so much better since I started taking this vitamin. I usually suffer from SAD but this winter season i haven't noticed any symptoms of depression or low vitamin D. I recommend these to all my clients. Thanks for making an amazing product that actually works. I no longer need to take a hand full of pills to get all my vitamins and that is awesome.

I take this first in the morning before starting my workouts and really pumps me up. I feel energized throughout the day. The flavor is amazing, way different from most multivitamins. The consistency is not so liquid, is rather dense so you can drink this mess free. I have it on subscription as I don’t want to miss any day feeling amazing

Mary Ruth vitamins are treating me well. I can't take most vitamins because of the additives, preservatives, and other ingredients that some of the other companies use. I have had no issues at all, and after taking them on the very first day I felt them working on my energy and overall good feeling. I have had only positive results with Mary Ruth. I like that they have no sugar, and the taste is good. These are my favorite go-to supplements that I take daily.
